MamTina, LLC (“MamTina,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you access, use, or interact with our websites, applications, AI receptionist platform, communication services, software, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, using, or interacting with the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information MamTina collects from its customers, website visitors, users of the Services, and individuals who interact with businesses through MamTina’s AI receptionist services.
This includes information collected through:

- MamTina AI receptionist and virtual answering services
- SMS and call handling services
- Appointment scheduling and customer communication features
- Customer support interactions
- Communications between MamTina’s AI receptionist services and callers, customers, or other end users

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that may link to or from our Services.

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you:

C. Call, SMS, and Communication Data
As part of providing AI receptionist and communication services, we may process information relating to calls, messages, appointment requests, and customer interactions handled through the Services. This may include:

- Caller names, phone numbers, and contact information
- SMS and text message content
- Appointment requests and scheduling details

- AI-generated summaries
- Conversation transcripts
MamTina does not record calls. MamTina may generate and retain conversation transcripts, SMS records, logs, call metadata, and related communication information as described in the Data Retention section of this Privacy Policy.
D. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to:
- Maintain website and platform functionality
- Remember user preferences
- Analyze website traffic and platform usage
- Improve user experience

MamTina does not currently use retargeting tools, advertising pixels, ad networks, or similar technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising. 3. How We Use Information
MamTina uses the information it collects to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and support the Services. This includes using information to set up and manage user accounts, configure AI receptionist settings, answer and route calls, respond to customer inquiries, process SMS communications, schedule appointments, send confirmations or reminders, and support day-to-day service delivery.
MamTina may also use information to process subscriptions, billing, and payment-related matters; provide customer support; communicate with users about their accounts or the Services; troubleshoot technical issues; monitor platform performance; maintain service reliability; improve platform functionality, routing, support workflows, security, and user experience; and protect the Services from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or other harmful activity.
MamTina’s use of information for service improvement does not authorize MamTina to use identifiable caller data, customer business data, conversation transcripts, or call metadata to train, fine-tune, or develop MamTina’s own AI models. MamTina does not currently use caller data, customer business data, conversation transcripts, or call metadata to train, fine-tune, or develop its own AI models.
Calls, transcripts, and related communications may be processed through third-party AI infrastructure providers as necessary to provide and support the Services, subject to applicable terms, contractual restrictions, and data-processing requirements.
MamTina may also use information to enforce its agreements and policies, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights, property, and safety of MamTina, its users, business customers, callers, service providers, and others. MamTina may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information for analytics, research, service improvement, operational, and business purposes.
4. AI Services and Automated Processing
MamTina provides AI-powered receptionist and communication services. The Services may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to answer calls, respond to inquiries, collect customer information, assist with appointment scheduling, generate summaries or transcripts, and help facilitate business communications.
Because the Services use automated technology, AI-generated responses, summaries, transcripts, and other outputs may not always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every situation. Users are responsible for reviewing important communications, verifying critical information, and exercising independent judgment before relying on AI-generated content.
MamTina’s Services are intended to support business communications and administrative workflows. They should not be used as a substitute for emergency services, professional advice, or human review where the nature of the communication requires special care.
5. Disclosure of Information
MamTina does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where MamTina processes caller, end-user, or customer communication information on behalf of its business customers, MamTina does so as a service provider, processor, or similar service-related role under applicable privacy laws. MamTina uses that information only for limited service-related purposes, including providing, operating, supporting, securing, maintaining, and improving the functionality and performance of the Services, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law and the applicable customer agreement.
A. Service Providers
We may share information with trusted vendors, contractors, hosting providers, telecommunications providers, analytics providers, payment processors, AI infrastructure providers, customer communication tools, and other service providers who help us operate, support, secure, and provide the Services.
These providers are permitted to use information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for MamTina, comply with applicable law, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, or as otherwise permitted by applicable contractual and data-processing requirements.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is shared only with service providers as necessary to deliver the requested messaging services.
B. Business Transfers
If MamTina is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred or disclosed as part of that transaction.
C. Legal Compliance and Protection
MamTina may disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests or legal process, enforce our agreements and policies, protect our rights, property, systems, users, or business customers, or prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, unauthorized access, or illegal activity.

We may also share information for any other purpose disclosed to you with your consent.
6. Google User Data
If you choose to connect your Google account, MamTina accesses limited Google Calendar information solely to provide appointment scheduling features through the Services. Specifically, MamTina may: (a) create and manage a dedicated MamTina calendar within your Google account for appointments booked through the Services; and (b) access free/busy availability information from your calendars, which indicates only whether time slots are available and does not include event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, notes, attachments, or other event content.
MamTina uses Google user data only to provide and support the appointment scheduling features you request. MamTina’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
MamTina does not use Google user data for advertising purposes, does not sell Google user data, does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law, and does not use Google user data to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
You may disconnect your Google account at any time from your account settings or through your Google account permissions. After disconnection, MamTina will stop accessing your connected Google Calendar, but may retain limited existing appointment records as necessary to maintain customer records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or protect MamTina’s legal or business interests.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services, software, platforms, and infrastructure providers. These may include payment processors, cloud hosting providers, SMS and telecommunications providers, analytics services, customer communication tools, and AI infrastructure providers.
MamTina does not control the privacy practices of third-party services. When users access or interact with third-party services through or in connection with the Services, the collection, use, and protection of information by those third parties may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Users are encouraged to review those third-party policies carefully.
8. Data Security
MamTina maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These safeguards may include secure cloud infrastructure, encryption, access controls, authentication measures, monitoring tools, firewall protections, and secure payment processing through appropriate third-party providers.
Although MamTina takes reasonable steps to protect personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. For that reason, MamTina cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
MamTina retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill contractual obligations, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
MamTina does not record calls. Conversation content, including conversation transcripts and SMS message content, may be retained for up to thirty (30) days from the date of the call or communication and is then deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law, necessary to resolve a dispute, needed to maintain security, or required to protect MamTina’s legal or business interests.
Business customer records, including caller names, phone numbers, service addresses, appointment and job details, customer notes, and AI-generated call summaries, are captured and retained to provide the Services to MamTina’s business customers and form part of each business customer’s own records. MamTina retains this information for as long as the business customer’s account remains active. After a business customer’s account is closed or canceled, MamTina retains this information for thirty (30) days, so the account can be reactivated without loss of records, and then deletes it, unless a longer retention period is required by law, necessary to resolve a dispute, needed to maintain security, or required to protect MamTina’s legal or business interests.
Account, billing, tax, accounting, security, usage, and technical call-metadata records, including call timestamps, call duration, routing information, billing and usage data, and related technical details, are retained only as long as necessary to meet MamTina’s legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, audit, and operational recordkeeping purposes, generally no longer than seven (7) years after the account is closed, after which they are deleted or anonymized. This retention category does not include conversation content or business customer records, which are retained as described above.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, MamTina may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it in accordance with its operational practices and legal obligations.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include the ability to:
- Request access to personal information MamTina maintains about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of personal information, where applicable
- Opt out of certain promotional communications
- Request information about MamTina’s privacy practices
- Exercise any additional rights available under applicable privacy laws
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. These may include the right to know the categories of personal information collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared, the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable.
MamTina does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11. Communications
MamTina may send service-related communications in connection with the Services, including administrative messages, account and billing notices, appointment confirmations, SMS messages, customer support communications, product updates, and other notices related to your use of the Services.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications. Where SMS messages are used, you may opt out by replying ‘STOP’ or by using any other reasonable opt-out method made available or accepted by MamTina.
Certain service-related communications are necessary for the operation of the Services and may not be disabled while you continue to use the Services.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under the age of 13. MamTina does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If MamTina becomes aware that it has collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, MamTina will delete that information in accordance with applicable law.
13. United States Operations
MamTina is operated from the United States and is intended for use by business customers located in the United States. By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed, transferred, and stored in the United States.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
MamTina may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will become effective when the updated Privacy Policy is posted on the website, unless a different effective date is stated.
Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy is posted means that you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
